This policy explains what personal information KøRE1 collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to every order you place. Effective date: October 25, 2026.

Who we are
KøRE1 is an online store operated from Estonia by Steven Leppoja, Meegomäe tee 14, Võru, 50531, Estonia. You can reach us at leppojasteven@gmail.com.

What we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the site.

How we use it
- To process payments, ship orders, send tracking and handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- To prevent fraud, keep the store secure, and improve our products and website.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments.
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention services.
- Suppliers, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. They receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order, and some are located outside the US and the EU, including in China.
- Analytics, advertising and email providers that help us understand and reach our customers.
- Authorities or professional advisers when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may count as "sharing" under certain US state laws. You can turn them off using the cookie settings on our site or your browser.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may stop working.

International transfers
We are based in Estonia, our store platform processes data in the US and elsewhere, and our suppliers may be in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it
We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or limit certain uses, to opt out of marketing, targeted advertising and the sharing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU and EEA have these rights under the GDPR, and residents of California and other US states have similar rights under state privacy laws. To use any of them, email leppojasteven@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law allows and will not treat you differently for using your rights. EU and EEA residents can also complain to their local data protection authority, and in Estonia that is the Data Protection Inspectorate.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
