Refund policy

Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right.

Change of mind
You can return an item in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories. Email leppojasteven@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the item price once we receive it.

Defective, damaged or wrong item
Email leppojasteven@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping if a return is needed.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What we can't refund
Items damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs, and items returned without contacting us first.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it ships. After it ships, you can return it once it arrives.
