By visiting or buying from KøRE1 (cx8dj1-2r.myshopify.com), you agree to these terms. KøRE1 is operated from Estonia by Steven Leppoja, Meegomäe tee 14, Võru, 50531, Estonia. Contact: leppojasteven@gmail.com.

Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if we cancel after you've paid. Prices are in US dollars. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colors and packaging may vary slightly.

Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order and is handled by our payment processors. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product use and warranty
Use products as described in their instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to KøRE1 or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
